One was a fan translation, the other one was an official release on the SNES Classic Edition. It was dumped, extracted and leaked yesterday on launch day. I'll retract my request though. It's technically a new release and Nintendo is sending out DMCA requests for its removal. I've also found it via YouTube video comments. But it runs perfectly in modern SNES emulators.
