An .apk file is used to install an application on android based devices, not for roms. You may need to research on this a little more around the web.
Hey, This probably isn't the right place to put this but I cant find anywhere too. So, this is the only palce I could find that supplies ROMS for nintendo systems and I need help making them work on my OUYA emulators, they need to be in APK file but they aren't. Any help is nice
