Pokemon Colosseum Disc 2?

So I was downloading Pokemon Colosseum (GC) and I saw there was a "Disc 2" and i'm curious what exactly that means. Is it the bonus disc to get the Wishmaker Jirachi and/or the Japanese bonus disc for Ageto Celebi and Colosseum Pikachu? Some clarification would be much appreciated.
