When I unzip Policenaughts disc 1 there are two text files: one from Vimm and a Readme for the translated game. There's also a folder containing bin and cue files, one each. Running the game in ePSXe using the cue file worked for me. I can't account for your results.
I have encountered this same problem.
It only happens with Japanese translation project games like Policenaughts
when the downloaded file is unzipped, rather than containing an iso, ccd, cue, img, sub file(s)
- using the example of Policenaughts: I find 4 text files.
is there something i need to do to merge these files or to convert them?
