Nintendo can find just a single rom on a website and sue the site for millions and shut it down. They have done it with many rom sites and while it is understandable, it also is a major threat for game preservation. Vimm's Lair is a lesser known site, so I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon. The only way I could see it go down is if every other rom site gets taken down, making this site stick out like a sore thumb. Also, cool quote.
