I was able to use the chinese ctfile to start the process at a much higher download speed than 44kb/s to about 600-700kb/s

So I think I found one of the only sources for good Japanese ISOS (including monthly game demo isos) but the problem is, the server its hosted on is slow. https://page55.ctfile.com/u/9299055/17365151

Please help document these ISOs and keep them safe, perhaps we can get them on this website. thank you
