Pretty sure the people who submit ROMs would have to have these themselves, there might not be much demand, any motivation to do so or any way to even get these titles.

Either way, I do think we could try getting these.

Is it at all possible to bring these back? Nintendo shut down the Wii Shop Channel back in March, and I can think of a few games that were on it that I'd be interested in playing someday.
