The speeds are intentionally kept slow in order to prevent overloading. The Wii vault is not the only vault that has slow speeds. Vimm has and is always trying to improve the speeds of the downloads. For now you will unfortunately have to make due unless you go to an another ROM site

here are the games I have tried....
Xenoblade Chronicles (trying now...6 hours)
Arc Rise Fantasia (5 hours...when I opened the file it was corrupt)
The Last Story (4 hours...when I opened the file it was corrupt)
Pandoras Tower (4 hours...WORKED! although getting the wiimote and nunchuk to work in dolphin is making the game unplayable)
