Issues downloading

I am having some trouble downloading games. Every time I have tried to start a download my browser (Google Chrome, which has never had issues before) just hangs there and if I try to refresh the page it behaves as if the game is downloading, when it is not. I would love some help on this. By the way, your port of Lunar Silver Star Complete is absolutely pristine and super fun.
