Yeah, that seems to happen when there's over 500 people downloading which lately is every afternoon/evening. I have some RAM scheduled to arrive tomorrow which should help. Of course I'll need to take Vimm's Lair down to install it, maybe Sunday or Monday morning.
As this guy has said, once you click download just stay on the page. If you want to browse then open a new tab, this site can be slow sometimes.
