OK so it's not my style...really...

We've all played the game right? Anyone with two functional legs and at least one tethered upper body unit with opposable digits can figure it out. (I suppose there are other ways to play, don't bother me with the details) NBA Jam was nice, once somebody showed me how to play it. The more recent smash hits on the Playstation are cool too, although the graphics are hard to make out and often distracting from the actual gameplay. Not too many games will tell you to "Shut up and JAM" like this one. This is about as straightforward as it gets. Of course the other edge to this sword is that the replay value does not depend upon the game code but your imagination and the patience and number of friends you may have. Since the stealing in here is more realistic than the kind seen in Arch Rivals, you might say this is the nicest 2-on-2 hardcore game out there. Me, I'd rather go out and shoot some real hoops with my g's, because I get my butt creamed either way--the controls aren't the most responsive in the world. Once you time your steals better, though, this one could become a regular in your season ticket.
