Not a bad game at all.

Flashback is a decent game worth a look. It's a platformer/shooter/adventure, and I found it very enjoyable.

You basically play as Conrad, a guy who is escpaing from some unknown men. You escape on a hover bike, but they shoot you down. You awaken in a dense jungle with a gun and nothing more. You don't know who you are, why those men were after you, or what to do next. Yep, some idiot has gone and wiped your memory.

And so begins your adventure to regain your memory and uncover a conspiracy that........well that would be spoiling it for you!

The graphics are good, with Conrad, (although lacking detail), being extremly well animated. The sound is good too, although rather than featuring a constant tune, there are small bursts of audio when you enter a certain situation.

The controls may take some getting used to, but once you do its great.

So give it a look if you want a platformer with more action and depth than your typical Mario game.
