| Need for speed 2 is very enjoyable to play and it has infinite replayability.
Graphics: 6 Average resolution for the PS1, good polygon count and lighting. At high speeds imperfections become less noticeable. Sound: 9 High quality clear audio. I like the echo in places like tunnels and especially the music which is played by multiple channels and the volume of each one gets adjusted based on where you are and how fast you are. It also means that if you extract the files from the game you can deconstruct the songs and play them back. Gameplay: 10 Very fun to overtake cars and make your own techniques to get a better pace. You get better as you race on more tracks. Overall: 8 Great game and I wish EA still made games like this. I recommend this game to anyone who has a PS1. I like that this game has some of the fastest cars in the world for the time. |
