Issues with Godfather, The: Mob Wars for the PSP

I wanted to let you know I encountered an issue with this ROM, the European version that is.
Game can't be completed because when you are about to finish the last mission, image goes entire black.
My emulation PC is capable of handling PPSSPP and its roms without issues.
Specifically this happen when: SPOILER ALERT (kind of)...
Right before the last kill, you are asked to wait for a signal, there is a cutscene and after that everything goes black, your character gets killed and is all over again.
