Nintendo 3DS manuals?

Is there a plan to upload / archive 3DS manuals? While not as long or detailed as the DS manuals, many 3DS games still came with a small game-specific manual or insert. There were also the digital manuals that could be accessed from the home menu while a game was downloaded/the card was inserted.
