If that's the case, you might want to go to the PCSX2 forums and start a thread there. They'll be better able to help you.
...but still I get solid either 30 or 50 fps in San Andreas at 720p, both God of War are running at 60 fps with an occasional drop, and if I lower the resolution to 1.75x, those 60 become solid.
