Do you mean the remastered version? God of War Collection?
I think RPCS3 ask for the game folder path right after its first boot.
Go to... I believe System --> settings --- > game path or game list, it should be something like that.
Have you installed the PS3 latest firmware update that you get from Sony's official website?
GoW and GoW II are running perfectly fine in PCSX2 just so you now. I think even the PS2 bios is right here.

i cant play god of war 1+2 im not sure how to get it on the actual emulator
