At the bottom of the A-Z pages, you'll see a "filters" section. That is where you can choose which regions show up, as well as whether or not things like demos, prototypes, fan translations, hacks and bootleg titles show up.
I'm not sure why, but when I click on the Vault, choose a console (PS3 for example) and look through the list of games from A-Z, it's showing only PAL versions. Yet when I click on the search bar at the top of the page and write in a game title, it will show all the regions of the game in the list.
I was worried that the NTSC versions had been removed, but I'm relieved it isn't the case. I'm not sure what's causing the site to do this though. Whatever the case, I thought I'd mention it so other people are aware and see if anyone else is getting one region when they look through games as well.
