Vault maintenance complete

Vault maintenance is complete but there's still some work to do. A second outage will be needed at a later date to finish the job.
Several Vaults will be down for maintenance this morning starting around 10:30am Eastern. A new bank of disks is being installed plus a controller card to connect them. If all goes well it should take an hour.
