I forgot to mention the emulators in my other post.
MAME can emulate the arcade version, the SG-1000 version, and the Master System version. Both BizHawk and Ares will emulate the SG-1000 and the Master System, as well as a Sega-focused emulator called MasterGear. And of course, RetroArch and any other Libretro frontend will run all of these versions.
