Vimm avoids adding consoles until they are at least 2 generations old. You won't be seeing 3DS on here until after the Switch 2 comes out.
However, that doesn't mean there aren't places you can find them on the Internet. You can try hShop or the Internet Archive. They should have anything that isn't super rare.

im a newer member here who has recently modded their 3DS and Wii. though i heavily appreciate the plethora of titles from Atari to PS2, where is the 3DS roms?
is it simply because you don't have all the roms and only post them when all are found? or is this perhaps a "we can't have too many otherwise nintendo will surely shut us down!" kind of deal?
