Delta was made specifically for iOS. Android, due to its lack of app restrictions, has always had far more emulators than iOS ever had. If you want a Delta-like experience on Android, you can try RetroArch or Lemuroid.
It looks super cool but it's only for its only for ios rn ( ยด-o-)...
