Uploading multi-language patched games?

Hi! First, I want to thank you for all the hard work you're putting into this page. It makes me sick how companies try to resell some of these classics not only by charging full price for butchered remasters, but also censoring them to fit "modern" standards. It gives me relief that pages like Vimm's exist to fully preserve the original vision of these timeless gems.
Don't know if this has been answered before but since I haven't seen patched ROMs around here, I was wondering if we are allowed to upload ROMs translated to other languages. I've patched some Wii Japanese-only games into English, and since this site is one of the few that hosts Wii titles, it would be great to add these patched ROMs so more people can enjoy these games
