Pacman 20th Anniversary for Playstation

So I have tried to download Pacman 20th Anniversary for my PS emulator. However, The ROM comes with (I think) 23 different files. After clicking the first one, The Playstation Screen boots up, but then its just a black screen. I have tried clicking on the other files, however It just gives me an error message. I have found very little on google about this issue. One single person said you have to combine the files, but I am wondering why I would have to do that when none of the other games I have downloaded have had this issue. Any advice would be appreciated. I downloaded the PS emulator straight from this site, so that shouldn't be the issue, as one of my friends thought.
