do you drag and drop your games onto the usb or do you use wii backup manager?

hello i have been playing with the wii and getting the games here, using wbfs format, most the games work, rock band country track pack 2 i cannot seem to get it to work, also had some games that will work on one usb stick, and copy to another usb stick and it not work? im using USBLoaderGX also i didnt put the loader on the wii i bought it that way.
