I can't download games

Hey! i'm really happy to find this site and it has everything i need. Yesterday i downloaded a mortal kombat and it took something like 1 hour only. Now i'm trying to download a game smaller, and it goes like 10kbps. I know i have a configuration problem because i was downloading at 800kbps and its fine for PS2 games, i tried VPN but it didn't work. Do you have any tips? like idn the place of the VPN, some programs that can help me back with 800kbps, i tried with other games two, and its not happening in another CPUs so its a problem here.
