Well, all it has actually done is cause me headaches thinking my system, which I used to play GameCube on it flawlessly, now I realize it's actually worse than nkit for me. For emulation, use nkit.
Games in the GameCube Vault have changed from .nkit.iso to .ciso format. While .ciso is a tiny bit larger it plays correctly on Dolphin and console, whereas .nkit.iso could sometimes be quirky on Dolphin. Each game was converted to .ciso with NKit2, currently in alpha, and can be converted back to a Redump .iso with NKit2 when it launches.
