I was also considering a mini PC, but for the price of those with high end APUs it make more sense to build one myself.

I'm planning to build a pc mostly for emulating up to PS3 and XBOX 360.

I'm keeping it under a budget (500 USD) because otherwise will make more sense to get a console.
However I've found there are some PS3 game with a size of 40GB and a lot of great games I used to play, are around 15-20GB.

Can you suggest a graphics card and a processor? Graphics card need to be under 200USD.

Should I go for a high CPU with integrated graphics like the AMD 5700G and no card? I believe RPCS3 and Xenia rely heavily on CPU instead of GPU.

Or should I go for a basic 4C 8T CPU with a graphics card?

Relevant components will likely be
16GB DDR4 RAM
512 NVMe

Others will vary depending on what I get. I don't want anything with RGB leds nor liquid cooling, I just want a black box to play on.

Thanks.
