The 360 vault was added six years after the 360 was discontinued, and the Vita was discontinued in 2019, so I would estimate 2025 at the earliest is when you'll see a Vita vault.

I know Vimm has a 2 generations old policy but it doesn't look like Sony will be releasing a new handheld any time soon, that's not just a streaming device, and the Vita has been dead for a long time. They even tried to shut down the servers recently.
