That's really weird. If you swap the SATA connections, e.g. connect the SSD to the port the hard disk is in and vice-versa, does the problem still occur?

No available extra SATA PORT to use, this is a really cheap mini pc I bought to emulate PS2 until it breaks.
16 GB RAM, I'll do this swap process alone, meaning I'm not playing nor doing anything else.
I left about 40-45 GB free space in each storage/partition and I only transfer a few gb at a time, like 8 or 10.
