That game is digital only and had no physical release. The PSP Vault only contains physical releases at the moment. You should try NoPayStation or the Internet Archive and see if it's there.
I would like to request this game please and thank you. I checked under all the filters for psp and this game wasnt listed.1 through 6 are there. so this game is considered part 7, it was only released in japan.
