Slowly downloads

Hello, I don´t know the reason but the fact is the downloads of PS3 games are very slow. I love this place and I imagine the reason is because servers are far of my location, but in other sites i can download at 25 MB/s with WI-FI (MB not Mb) but here usually the best velocity I have is 2,1 MB/s.

I would want know why. Thanks
