Have you tried renaming the 7z file and the first folder within it with the same name to something shorter?
Try extract the zip file in nested folder in downloads three times. I got same errors. I try to extract the zip file in a new folder on the desktop. I got all new errors.
This is the only game that gives me errors on extraction.
