The easiest way is to use the 360 to save the DLC onto an external drive, and then connect that external drive to your PC and extract the files using a tool called Velocity:

Just wanted to request a DLC vault since I did own COD Ghosts on the Xbox 360 and bought all the DLC back in the day. I just don't know how to dump all of that onto my PC.
I loved extinction and still do. I just want to play it at a higher framerate offline on an emulator without the hackers that will brick your PC like they did with RCE exploits on the PC port. I can't play any other maps besides the default one on an emulator because the DLC is not archived anywhere.
