MRTC00003 is the internal serial number for both the US and the European versions. I am not aware of any major differences between the US and the European versions.
i recently downloaded a copy Final Fantasy XIII and i kept getting the European Version (MRTC00003) where its to be supposed USA Version also just to be sure I verified the dump with PS3 ISO Rebuilder it appears that some files are corrupted as well.
