Tactics Ogre, Vanguard Bandits, Arc the Lad Trilogy come to mind.

The vault seems to be very RPG-heavy, which makes sense, PS is 2nd only to SNES for RPGs in my opinion. There were some good strategy game ports for PSOne though, like Panzer General and the very rare Allied General. I think PSOne is the last time PC and console games were close, particularly on strategy games.
