it's Tales of Destiny 2. It was called Tales of Eternia in Japan, but couldn't be called that in the US because Mattel owns the rights to Eternia from He-Man/Masters of the Universe.
Things got more confusing when they did release an actual sequel to Tales of Destiny, but that, unfortunately, never made it out of Japan.
