FO3 for 360 bugged beyond belief?

Downloaded, extracted, and ran FO3 on Xenia and the moment I loaded in the back of the doctors head in the beginning of the game was on his face. Thought maybe it'd resolve itself, then the same issue with everyone at the birthday party. Then I started seeing things through the walls, and had random green lines tracing their way through the screen. And the there were massive turquoise splotches filling the entire screen stemming from items characters were holding. Anyone have any idea what's going on?
