Manuals Cannot Be Downloaded

Hello.
I'm in the process of organizing my digital game collection and I'm struggling with the manuals. I discovered this site a few days ago, and I love it. The only thing I'm having trouble with is the manuals, as I can't download any of them. When I try to view or download any manual in either .vlm or .pdf format I get a 404 error that says file cannot be found. Haven't seen anyone post about it recently so I thought I'd poke my head in.
