I'm going to guess that you have if you've been at this for 10 hours, but have you tried mounting the ISO then running it from the drive? That sounds like it might be the issue here. But some more information on what exactly you've tried would be incredibly helpful since no one here can magically diagnose a problem with next to no information.
this is for pcsx2 1.6 so i keep on getting file not found ISO file system been trying for the last month to fix this combined i have spent 10 hours trying to fix it haven't been able to load a game any fix to this
