I was trying out Apache on Windows 10. It works great but there seems to be some internal limit in the winnt MPM driving PHP. Another Vault server uses Apache on CentOS 7 and has never had this problem, so I'm thinking to switch from Windows 10 to CentOS 8. I'm also using software raid so I doubt that's compatible.
Which OS are you running now?
