I also now recall that when you look at the ROMs on the list in Dolphin, it'll note it's from Vimm's Lair. Hardly anything that effects gameplay really.
The most I've seen Vimms do is include a vimms.txt file in the zip. Honestly if anything it just reminds you where you can go back for more lol.
