Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I've been pretty busy lately. Everything's slowly getting squared away and I'm back online again.
I'd prefer if you could submit your scans yourself (that's why I made the form!), but if that's not realistic I suppose you could mail them to me on CD. If you still have the original scans that would be preferred, so that others with slow connections can pick their download size too.

I did a ton of these a while back in .pdf format with acrobat 4. I'd love to donate but I'd have to send the CDs off as I don't have a fast connection.
