That's weird, Vimm gets language information straight from Redump. Maybe it supports Spanish subtitle/audio an not menus?
I checked the GoW 3 download, and it doesn't say (es), maybe Vimm already updated it? Are you sure it said (es) when you downloaded it?

In ps3 games many games say that they come in language, Spanish (es) that is a lie download 30gb of gow3 to find out that it was in a language opposite to mine XD please add the European versions so that they can be selected
