That does sound handy. It's not a big deal if two people upload the same game, though it's unlikely those twelve copies of Xbox Magazine Issue 23 last night were from twelve people. If it remains a problem I can add a mechanism to track which games are actively processing.
Not on the upload page, but on the game page itself, so OTHER users can see that an upload is processing. This would prevent other users from uploading a duplicate game, maybe even disable the upload link while it's processing.
