Check out The Cutting Room Floor wiki (tcrf.net), they document a lot of changes between releases and regions.

Are there any censorship differences between the USA version roms and the Europe version roms? Like is any version more censored than the other? Or are they just the same games in terms of censorship? Even if the differences are in translation or just localization, I still wanna know.
