Manuals from regions or languages other than US

Do you accept to upload manuals to The Manual Project from other regions and languages? There are also multi-language original manuals. I've seen people from Germany and Japan already asking this question but haven't been answered.

I can provide manuals (originals personally scanned by me), if you are willing to accept them, unless this website a U.S. exclusive area.

I'm waiting for an answer before actually committing myself to do the scans.
