It's listed as "missing" on Redump. Seems like nobody has bothered to rip the disc and share it online yet. The Japanese 3DS release is on the Internet Archive, although it seems the US release is still missing there as well. Used copies are also going cheap (under $40) on eBay if you're willing to pay for it.
Apparently Unchained blades isn't in the vault.
