The PS3 Vault only contains physical releases, and the original Payday never got a physical release, just a digital one. You can use NoPayStation to get it though, since the PS3 servers are still up.
Payday: The Heist is more known for its Steam version but it has a console version exclusive to the PS3 since Sony helped publish the game.
