I’ll do that for NASCAR 05 but the 2003 game runs really well and I play NCAA Football 2004 + 2011 and March Madness 2005 with no issues.
Try the GameCube version with Dolphin then, they look fine, both 2005 and 2003.
Some roms don't aged well for emulators.
Lately I've been playing a lot of (american) football with PCSX2.
Arena Football, Madden, ESPN, GameDay 2004 they look amazing at 1080p.
NCAA and any NFL Street look awful.
